SharkPro provides poker practice, hand analysis, performance tracking, and coaching tools through the SharkPro mobile app and related services. In this policy, “SharkPro,” “we,” and “our” refer to the operator of those services.

02Information we collect

Account information

We collect your email address, verification status, account identifiers, and authentication information when you register, sign in, or reset your password. Authentication tokens may be stored securely on your device to keep you signed in.

Poker and coaching information

When you use training or coaching features, we process hand histories, cards, actions, stakes, table and player identifiers, coaching requests and responses, and performance statistics. This information is used to provide advice, preserve your history, and improve your training experience.

Device, network, and diagnostic information

We may collect your IP address, app and operating-system version, device type, request timestamps, and security or error logs. We use this information to operate, protect, and troubleshoot the service.

Location and third-party content

If you open WePoker or another website inside SharkPro, that website may request location access for functions such as sign-in or anti-cheat checks. Your device asks for permission before location is shared. Third-party websites process data under their own privacy policies, not this policy.

Communications

If you contact us, we collect the message and contact details you provide so we can respond and keep a record of the request.

03How we use information

We use information to:

• create and secure your account;
• provide poker coaching, training, hand history, and performance features;
• maintain balances, entitlements, and service records;
• detect fraud, abuse, and technical problems;
• provide support and send essential service messages; and
• understand and improve reliability, safety, and product performance.

04How we share information

We share information only as needed with service providers that host our systems, deliver email, process coaching requests, or support app operations. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect users or the service, or complete a business transaction. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We keep information only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security and business records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by data type. Account and poker history may remain until the account is deleted, unless a longer period is legally required.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

07Your choices and rights

You may sign out to remove the active session from your device. Depending on where you live, you may also request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of your personal information, or object to certain processing. Email us to make a request. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.

08Children

SharkPro is not intended for anyone under 18 or below the legal age for poker-related services where they live. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to us.

09International transfers

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

10Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the updated policy here and revise the effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or by email when appropriate.
